Festina Group Technology work with the development of connected watches, for many of the brands within the Festina Group, such as Kronaby, Jaguar, Lotus & Calypso. 

As lead product designer I was involved in the strategic design for a new wearable health and fitness product called Connected D. Together with company owners, product owners, sales and marketing, product concepts and designs where produced and aligned. 

I was also responsible to support design team development, delegate tasks and responsibilities, oversee day-to-day operations and performance, establish high standards of UX design quality within the team, and facilitate breakdown of design goals for effective implementation.
