Festina Group Technology work with the development of connected watches, for many of the brands within the Festina Group, such as Kronaby, Jaguar, Lotus & Calypso. 

The watch features a classic analog dial complemented by a discreet OLED display, allowing users to receive smartphone notifications, monitor health metrics, and control multimedia directly from their wrist.

As lead product designer my key responsibilities included designing user-focused solutions by conducting research, crafting wireframes, and testing prototypes while collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and seamless product experiences. Additionally, the role involved ensuring consistency and alignment in visual design and user interfaces across all products, contributing to the enhancement and expansion of the design system, including reusable components and guidelines, and effectively communicating and justifying design concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
