In this project for Trygg-Hansa, I served as a UX Designer, tasked with creating a new product called Hämtservice—a vehicle insurance pick-up service for repairs—into a seamless, user-centric experience.
Through comprehensive research, I identified key pain points for customers, claims adjusters, and workshops. I mapped out detailed user journeys for each stakeholder, revealing opportunities to improve communication, streamline workflows, and enhance coordination.
The result was a cohesive digital solution, including a web platform and a mobile app, that provided real-time updates, simplified processes, and ensured consistent communication across all parties. This redesign significantly boosted customer satisfaction, increased claims adjuster productivity, demonstrating the power of user-focused design in delivering impactful business results.
