Users are overwhelmed by managing multiple memberships across various companies. Often, these memberships are scattered across different platforms, resulting in missed communications and underutilized benefits. Companies, on the other hand, struggle to maintain direct and efficient communication channels with their customers due to the fragmentation of CRM systems.
With JOYN I was part of designing a seamless experience that allows users to automatically link their memberships across multiple partner CRMs, enabling companies to communicate directly with their customers through the app.
